Approximately 2,500 words (+/- 10%) typed. Use New Roman Times or Arial font 12 with 1.5 spacing. You may use graphs and diagrams if relevant. Students must include a minimum of 7 references in their reference list. This list should include a mix of web sites, books and journal articles.
