2. Briefly discuss two things you have (and not) done for developing your entrepreneurial venture that you are most proud of and may negatively affect its viability.
3. How might you enhance its viability by building on its strengths and overcoming its weaknesses considering the opportunities and threats?
4. How has your market research (academic and industry reports), course content, and networking helped you in the development and testing of your MVP prototype? What did you learn from that process? And especially, how did you use the customers and market feedback to improve your product/service? What advice would you give to a nascent entrepreneur when developing and testing a product/service?
