A person is standing on the edge of a disk of radius R rotating about its axis. the person walks to a postition of R/4. Is a coeficient of static friction of 0.7 enough to keep the person from slipping when they are at a position of r= R/4. The mass of the person is 16 grams, the mass of the disk is 18 grams. the velocity when the person is standing on the edge is 4m/s and the velocity when the person is at R/4 is 10 m/s. R=0.4 meters.
