Describe a job to be done that you can't get done very well with a current job solution. Include the following in your description: job statement (the job definition), job action (what you're doing in terms of activities), and the success outcomes you're aiming for.

Then describe how are you're struggling to get this job done:

• Question 1: How are you're struggling to get this job done with the "pains" you experience while performing job activities?
• Question 2: How do the success outcomes (gains) fall short of expectations?
  Think about your job story from the perspective of an entrepreneur/intrapreneur.
• Question 3: Is this an opportunity for a competing solution that would compel you (as a customer) to switch?
