When performing an N-doping for a molecule, atoms with higher valence electron atoms are used here. Does it matter if the atoms used for the n-doping are higher in mass or lower in mass, preference wise?

For example, if Silicon went through an N-doping, would it prefer Phosphorous (Mm: 30.97 g), Nitrogen (14.01g), or Arsenic (74.92 g)?
