Let me share my experience at my former company. When an employee is still on probation, one of the most important things to look at is their performance review, because this is how my former company decides whether to confirm them as new hires. They will provide a probationary period of three to six months, depending on the employee's designation. The performance review will tell the human resources team if the employee is qualified and has all the skills, knowledge, and other abilities needed to do his or her job. If so, the employee will be confirmed, and if not, the contract will end.
