Teams are very popular in the workplace. Teams can be organized into four categories, 1.) work teams, 2.) parallel teams, 3.) project teams and .) management teams. Almost every organization uses some form of problem solving team, the most common being the self managing work teams that are used in a high majority of fortune 1000 companies. Selecting parallel teams to analyze, is this a high performing team? If yes, why is it? If no, why isn't it?
