Learning to apply the concepts learned this week to first fully understand the problem and find possible solutions is essential in the workplace. Once the solution is implemented, it is essential to monitor the solution outcomes and reward performance.

Your organization has come to you regarding a problem that is impacting success. As an IO practitioner, you must evaluate the problem, identify possible solutions, make recommendations, and ensure the performance is evaluated and rewarded. You've been asked to present your evaluation and recommendations to the organization's HR management team.
