Start your search by using the refereed journals Journal of Applied Psychology, Academy of Management Journal, and Human Resource Management. PM/HRM refereed journal articles, newspaper articles dealing with PM/HRM issues, PM/HRM magazines and PM/HRM case studies, conference proceedings, and articles published by professional associations.

The question is from Human Resource Management as well as it is the literature review of evaluation of performance management systems of organizational as well as employee performance. For this purpose, several academic articles have been reviewed.
