You are the VP of HR for a nationwide company that has two chains, one with scantily clad women serving beer and bar food appealing to men and the other with scantily clad men serving wine, tapas, and menu items that appeal to women. Your CEO has just returned from a Ted Talks event, and she wants you to create a better performance appraisal system for the business. You will have to create performance appraisal systems for at least three positions (server, manager, regional manager, cooks, and bartenders). One of these must be a managerial position.
