You are the HR Manager of a furniture designer company (approximately 30 employees)(the key person is furniture designer). You will develop two plans besides conducting a job analysis.
a) Job analysis Conduct job description and job specification of a job position in your organization. The chosen job position should be important to the success of the business. Remember to identify 5 success factors for the chosen position.
b) Recruitment and Selection Plan § Recruitment plan (including identifying the sources, number of hires, number of candidates, estimatedcost for each source, and timeline for each recruiting activity) § Selection process (including details of interview questions and employmenttests).
c) Performance Appraisal and Training Plan § Performance appraisal process, method and appraisal forms for a chosen job position. § Training plan for the purposes: Training new employees The plan should include training objectives, methods, topics, trainer(s), duration, location, metrics and estimated costs/ budget.
