For the project with uncertain activity times given below, do the following manually:

(a) Develop a resource schedule based on the ACTIM heuristic and indicate the project completion time,

(b) Draw a Gantt chart, and

(c) Draw a resource loading chart for each resource type.

You will have to perform the PERT/CPM calculations first. Assume the total number of identical, full-time Type 1 resources available initially = 10, and Type 2 resources initially.

An activity can start only when all required units of both resource types are available at the same time.
