The attached is a project for human resource management where the student create an organization and start the hiring process and perform all HRM elements ( JD, training need analysis, sustainability within the organization, compensation and benefit).
1- Add vision , mission , and value statement for the project ( to be consistent with the project industry).
2- Perform SWOT analysis for the organization( internal and external, including PESTEL analysis).
3- Generate and Select a organizational strategy at corporate level and business level strategy the best fit the project industry. ( for example, Diversification strategy , Vertical integration strategy , Cost leadership , Differentiation.)
4- Finally fine tune the whole project to be align with the selected Visons, Missions, and strategies.
