First, review Supplement 3, Build a Marketing Plan (a marketing plan template was distributed earlier in the semester)
Next, review section A: Perform a Situational Analysis for your Marketing Plan.
Following the guidelines, complete 1: Internal Environment Analysis, and 2. External Environment by conducting online research on your chosen company/brand/product or service for your Marketing Plan (Susie's Bistro and Bakery).
After completing these steps, conduct a SWOT Analysis.
Submit your SWOT Analysis as a Word document. Your SWOT Analysis should be at least 5 paragraphs, briefly describing your marketing plan, and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of your analysis. Please check your work for spelling and grammar errors. You can submit your SWOT as a table, if you prefer.
All SWOT's will be reviewed during class and combined into one for our final Marketing Plan/Presentation to Susie.
