An experiment on rocket shooting distance is conducted to test the effects of using different fuels and propellers. Because it is expensive to shoot the rocket, two observations are done for each cell. The observations are shown in the following table.

b. Perform one-way ANOVA on both fuel and propellers. Tell whether you have the same answer as part (a). Show both p-values and rejection region. Use 5% level.
