Objective:

The purpose of this assignment is to perform data wrangling and handling on a dataset called "data.csv," which can be accessed through the assignment link provided in Moodle. You will be working with various types of data to prepare a dataset suitable for constructing a machine learning model.

Dataset:

The "data.csv" dataset used in this assignment consists of air quality measurements collected from multiple sensors located in different cities throughout the United States. Each row in the dataset represents a single measurement taken at a specific location and time. The dataset includes the following columns:

CBSA: The name of the core bases statistical area (metropolitan area) where the monitoring site is located.
CBSA Code: the code of metropolitan area where the monitoring site is located.
Date: the date of measurement
AQI: The Air Quality Index for the day for the pollutant.
Category: air quality level
Defining Parameter: The name assigned in AQS to the parameter measured by the monitor. Parameters may be pollutants or non-pollutants.
Defining Site: A unique number within the county identifying the site.
