Perform an organizational analysis to improve interprofessional partnerships and collaboration. An organizational analysis entails assessing the workplace setting, identifying problems identifying the root causes of those problems, determining potential solutions, and then weighting the feasibility of those solutions (taking into consideration the organization's available resources as well as resource needs [staff, finances, etc.]). Common examples of areas that could be addressed via improved interprofessional partnerships and collaboration include: communication on your unit, clinical site, or facility nursing shortage and/or nurse turn-over nurse staffing ratios unit closures and/or restructuring continuous quality improvement patient satisfaction many others (please share your ideas with the instructor)
