Suppose you were asked to build an information system for the clinic al-raudah. Currently , the clinic keep all records manually. Records available at the clinic are patients record, medications, treatments,doctors, employees and suppliers of drugs.These clinics aim to be able to register and update patient visits to patient care information system.Medicines stocks can also be obtained quickly and accurately through the system.

1. Perform a normalization process for the scenario. Use dependency diagram in your explaination.
