Mr. Ross is a 39-year-old male that has a Past Medical History of Hypertension, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Wolf Parkinson White. He takes 10mg of Lisinopril and 30mg of Paxil daily. His blood pressure has been well controlled since he has been taking his Lisinopril. His vital signs today are BP: 125/85 (Right Arm), HR: 75, RR: 18, O2: 98% on Room Air and T: 99.0 Orally. He has not had chest palpitations since having a cardiac ablation for his Wolf Parkinson White in 2007. He denies any complaints currently. He presents to the Primary Care Providers office today for his routine 6-month checkup. He has no known drug allergies. His surgical history includes a cardiac ablation in 2007 and a tonsillectomy in 1992.
