Cell-phone batteries have a have an average life-span of 450 charges with a standard deviation of 50 charges. What percentage of cell-phone batteries will last for less than 400 charges? Assume a normal distribution. I know the answer is 15.87 batteries are less than 400 charges, just don't know how to get there.
