Chapter 7 and 8 discussed the Statute of Frauds which is a statute that most States have enacted and which requires certain contracts to be IN WRITING in order for the contract to be enforceable. With how the internet, e-mail, facebook and other type of technology is being used by the vast majority of people to communicate not only for personal matters but for business matters, do you believe such a statute requiring certain contracts to be in writing to be obsolute or is such a statute necessary in today's world of commerce.
