Research: Who would greatly benefit from the Natural Food Market product  or service? Think of 5 types of people that would greatly benefit from the product or service.

Inspiration from competition

Now make a list based on the research that you have found, of what appears  to be applicable to People’s Co. How are you going to use this inspiration to  create your brand, your business model, your products or services? How are  you going to do something that is better AND different?

Create a Value Proposition: It should answer the fundamental question of  “Why should I buy people’s co product instead of Whole Food Market  product?” It can be simple and straight to the point, but it needs to clearly  spell out the benefit to the customer. (Hint: this should not be about price)

Mission Statement:
