2. Ethical hacking is an evolving career. It covers almost all the domains in cybersecurity. We learned the phases of hacking and explored some tools for network penetration testing. There are also pentests for web applications, software applications, operating systems, IoT devises, and wireless, cloud, SCADA systems. The required skills may range from configuring and deploying cybersecurity tools to sophisticated programming, depending on which route you want to take. Do some research and design a realistic study roadmap for you to become a professional penetration tester in two years.

If penetration testing is not the field you are not interested at this point of time, share a general cybersecurity job description here. List the skills you may need for this job and how you want to acquire the skills. What sources of study are available? How much time will you have to commit? What soft skills are required?
