Pt is a G5P4 who delivered vaginally 3 days ago at 37 weeks gestation. Pt has no significant health history. The patient did have retained placenta after delivery and required manual removal to get it all out. The patient presents to the clinic with reports of a temperature, pelvic pain, and foul-smelling discharge.
