Question

After treating a patient's sudden onset of a tonic clonic seizure with an IV lorazepam you review the patient's chart and know that the patient has a history of epilepsy which has been managed successfully with phenytoin. A urine pregnancy test is done in the emergency department and reveal that she is pregnant. Now that the seizure has stopped what is the most appropriate next step.
