Question

When admitted, the patient was cooperative and responded to all admission inquiries as accurately as she could. She was conscious and aware when she arrived, initially dressed in orange prison attire and slippers. But after receiving hospital garments, she bathed and changed her clothes. The patient reported no pain or issues with respiration. She dismissed any suicidal ideation, and denied experiencing auditory and visual hallucinations. She stated she drinks a pint of Vodka daily, does about 1 gram of Cocaine occasionally.
