A) Pain Prevention: The patient's vitals need to be checked 4 times a day to monitor BP,HR,RR,T,O2, and Pain. I will monitor my patient's pain levels with every interaction due to pain being a side effect of her condition and knowing she has pain medication PRN if needed. B) Vital Sign Monitoring: I will make sure I take my patient vital signs every 4 hours per her orders to make sure she is improving.
