Question

Pt. is a 39 yo WM who presents for f/up Med. Management. Patient reports improvement in mood, sleep, appetite and energy level is adequate. He reports he does not take effexor as he does not like it. He further reports he does not take trazodone and he does not struggle with sleep any more. He reports he continues to work in the construction industry. He denies any medication side effect on current regimen. Client was educated to continue with individual therapy and learn coping skills. Support and psycho-education provided.
