Will he be eligible for subsidies to shop on the exchange?
Scenario 2 -- Jane is single, 35 years old and a diabetic. She works full time for a 1,000 employee company and has a salary of $35,000/yr.

Can she choose not to shop the exchange for benefits? Explain.
Scenario 3 -- Robert is Vice President of his company and earns $125,000 annually. The company employs 48 people. Robert is married and has 2 children in college. The company does provide benefits.

Scenario 4 - Mary is 49 and single. Her son, Mark (age 22) just graduated from college but can't seem to find a job. Mary works full time for an employer with 110 employees and. Her employer provides insurance only for her (not Mark).
Is her employer within its legal rights to offer benefits to her but not Mark? Explain
