The patient is pacing with repetitive garbled speech. The patient will not focus long enough for you to complete a set of vitals but is willing to have his temperature taken. The temperature is 98.7 F. While you are there, the patient drinks 2- 16 oz water bottles in a 45-minute time period. Your patient has not been to school in two weeks due to this increase in thirst and urination along with bullying they experienced as the hallucinations returned.
