A 34-year-old male presents to their physician after having a positive TB skin test for chest X-rays. Upon questioning, the patient has lived abroad for an extended portion of his life and recently immigrated to his current location. The physician orders a chest x-ray, which is copied below: An anteroposterior X-ray of a patient. This AP X-ray of the chest reveals the presence of bilateral pulmonary infiltrate (white triangles), and "caving formation" (black arrows) present in the right apical region. What type of necrosis is expected in this disease?
