Patient/client presents complaining of chest pain, dizziness, nausea, rapid, fluttering heartbeat and SOB. The patient/client loses consciousness. Monitor first shows SR with ST elevation, then goes into this rhythm. You cannot palpate a pulse. VS: ECG: Expected Focused Assessment Findings: The HCP is at the bedside and has ordered the following: Give 1 mg of epinephrine IV now and begin CPR.
