Question

This study seeks to investigate the effects of patient-centered communication on patient satisfaction and safety in acute care settings. The study will include two independent variables: (1) patient-centered communication and (2) patient satisfaction. The hypothesis of this study is that patient-centered communication will lead to increased patient satisfaction and safety in acute care settings.
