The patient attended a follow-up medication management session via telehealth, to which he gave his consent. His chief complaint was, "I am here for my prescription". He reported he has stopped taking buspirone as it made him more sicker and morre depressed.He is requesting to be started on another regimen and suggeted celexa and lamictal.. He reports his anxiety is under control with lorazepam.He was educated on need to taper it off and propranolol was added to his regimen as an alternative. He reports his mood as unstable.He reports his sleep, appetite, and energy levels are adequate. He denies SI/SA/HI/AH/VH He denied experiencing any psychotic symptoms. The importance of a balanced diet, regular exercise, adequate rest, appointment adherence, and medication compliance for mental well-being was discussed with the patient, who expressed his understanding. Support and psycho-education were provided.
