He reports his mood as unstable.He reports his sleep, appetite, and energy levels are adequate. He denies SI/SA/HI/AH/VH He denied experiencing any psychotic symptoms. The importance of a balanced diet, regular exercise, adequate rest, appointment adherence, and medication compliance for mental well-being was discussed with the patient, who expressed his understanding. Support and psycho-education were provided.
