The assignment is to write a 5 page, APA formatted paper describing all succession processes, issues, legalities, etc. of the family business, Mars Incorporated. It is for a Family Business class and there aren't much guidelines to the project, it's just a research paper. This is an addition to a group paper so it is important to only write about anything to do with the succession factors of the business and not go into too much detail about any other parts of the company besides the succession aspects.
