Question 1: Ann leads you (third party) to believe she is a partner with Sue. She sends Sue out to you and you give her money to invest in the partnership. Sue skips town with your money. When you sue the parties Ann states as a defense that she was never partners with Sue and can prove the same. Is your only recourse to find Sue and sue her or will Ann be liable to you for leading you to believe that a partnership existed? Is this a partnership by estoppel?
