Part B - Participate In and lead meetings effectively

This task requires you to participate and lead a meeting. To achieve this. you will participate in two meetings with your partner from Part A. You will take turns to chair the meeting and to act as a participant whilst your partner chairs the meeting. Each meeting must be at least '10 minutes long but not exceed 15 minutes. The meetings will be held for the scenarios detailed above.

Acting as Chairperson you will tell the meeting participants that funding has been provided and you must initiate plans to use those funds.

Before the meetingyou must prepare an Agenda and brief summary of the key issues and possible options. [lun'ng the meeting you must keep the meeting on track and effective.

The action items must be produced by you in writing and recorded in the space provided.
