Description: Evaluate a company's current performance management system (PMS) and describe improvements that may better support their organisational strategy objectives Based on your research into the pre-selected company, outline, analyse and evaluate the performance management system that the company is using to achieve its key strategic goals. You will need to research current theories and practices from literature as they relate to performance management systems. This research should be used to provide evidence that supports your evaluation and recommendations.

Your report should:
• Provide a situational analysis of the company under investigation.
• Analyse and evaluate the current performance management system (PMS),
• Discuss the fit between the PMS and the company strategy.
• Make recommendations on how the PMS could be improved.

Description:

Based on the work presented in your Part A, outline and describe a reward management system that would support the company's achievement of key strategic goals. You will need to research current theories and practices as they relate to organisational reward management and use this to provide evidence that supports your proposed system.
Your report should:

• Analyse and evaluate the current reward management system (RMS).
• Discuss the fit between the RMS and the company strategy.
• Outline and describe a reward management system that would support the company's achievement of key strategic goals

Your report should consider the following:

• Which reward management systern(s) is most appropriate for the volunteer or paid staff?
• What capacity does the organisation have to provide various types of rewards to staff?
• What do you see as most valuable rewards to the staff?
• How does the reward management system you are recommending link to the organisation's business strategy?
