This work deals with the detection of preeclampsia and more about management of it including drugs that are suitable to handle the respective condition. It also deals with the tests require to detect female health and various checkups. Magnesium sulphate is one of those common treatments that are given generaly to cure preeclampsia. It is concluded from recent researches that MgSo4 is beneficial in suitable dose but it is not yet confirmed that will it be beneficial for later gestation stages (after 32 week of gestation) or not.
