Shall individuals be allowed to sue tobacco companies for health damages?
Write a detailed research paper on the topic with an emphasis on health research. What I mean by this is that you will locate and discuss health research findings in detail throughout the paper using scholarly sources only. Included in your paper BOTH what is the pro side of the issue and what is the con side of the issue (provide creditable/scholarly research citations for each side of the issue-more is better than less in terms of citations). Also briefly discuss your position on the issue and why (this should not be the majority of the paper however). It required to use headings in the paper (examples: Introduction, Pro, Con, My Opinion, Conclusion). Make sure to include a bibliography of your sources (important: use multiple scholarly sources only; the more the better) of information and use citations within the paper 5 to 7 expected. You should have several sources-at least 3. Remember the paper must be at least 3 full pages (not including references). Use APA citation format even for electronic sources!
