Pamela and her friends, who are residents ofCalifornia decided to go to Vegas (Nevada) and celebrate her 25th Birthday. They checked into hotel WIN WIN :-) and after sight seeing they decided to go gamble. Pamela was sitting underneath a big chandelier that was installed 2 days prior. However, it was missing 3 screws and the technician failed to firmly secure the chandelier. Pamela was playing on a slot machine directly underneath the chandelier and her friends were nearby playing as well.  Suddenly the chandelier broke and fell on Pamela's back, she suffered broken bones, fractured head, broken jaw and she had to undergo various corrective surgeries on her face, Her, medical bills totaled   $85,000. Pamela wants to bring an action against WIN WIN for negligence in the Federal court and WIN WIN claims that that there is no Federal Question and the action should be brought to the Nevada or California State court.
