Ms. Lebron is a 59-year-old Caucasian female patient, who was initially seen by Dr. Evans about a month ago for abdominal pain. Workup had led to findings of pancreatic mass and liver lesions. She had tumor markers done including CA19-9, which was around 50,000 on admission. She did have a CT-guided biopsy of the liver, which was positive for metastatic adenocarcinoma from pancreatic origin. She was subsequently seen in the outpatient setting and started on palliative chemotherapy with Gemcitabine and Abraxane.
