Question

36 yo female with painful urination with frequency and urgency. Nausea but no vomiting, chills and slight fever, lightheadedness and dizziness. Sharp and crampy lower left back and side pain that is worsening. Lab Values show no sign of urinary infection, but there are trace amounts of RBCs in urine. Abdominal exam shows pain with light and deep palpation in LLQ, no masses, CVA tenderness on left side. what is your working diagnosis ?
