"Paid time off in the United States versus the outside country is important. It is important to understand the outside country and their laws. Americans are not always guaranteed paid time off and understanding the right of having vacation time that within a company is earned or exist within the benefits. I'm American many people who work are under compensated when it comes to benefits, paid time off, health insurance, vision, and dental. Health insurance is free outside the country in many different areas but in America there is a few that you have to pay and their are certain coverage plans.

Many workers within the United States only get a minimum and maximum amount of days to work within the United States and what is considered to be paid time off. Out of the country it is important to understand the values for the employee and understanding the importance of being an employee. Out of the country they are given greater benefits when it comes to building an organization and how important you are to an organization. When you are out of the country you are given the ability to grow and develop within a country and offered PTO. Also they are not as high with taxes.
