You work in a commercial kitchen and part of your role involves the packaging and labelling of a range of prepared foodstuffs. You have noticed two issues you need to report to your workplace supervisor. First, the quality of the wet dishes you have been asked to package does not match with the quality criteria for these items. There is not all that much difference between the food and the quality requirements but there is a deficit, and you are concerned this may become a trend if it is not reported and the appropriate action taken. Second, one of the items of equipment you use seems to be intermittently malfunctioning and it is causing delays in the packaging and slowing down the entire process. You have tried to fix the item, but your efforts have been in vain, and the problem seems to be getting worse. You walk to the Supervisor's office and knock on the door ready to share your findings.
