Based on the design brief, you will be creating an innovative package design that will position the product appropriately in a creative and interesting way that breaks through shelf space clutter. A visual workbook is to be developed to demonstrate and document your creative process. You will then develop a rationale that links back to the design brief in a way that justifies your design decisions.

Generally what is being sought with the package design and the rationale strategy is a demonstration of:

-An understanding of key issues

-Critical analysis and logical development of discussion, argument, plan or analysis.
