Question

There is another issue, the agency problem. Every person pursues their own benefits at the same time they are employed. Absent guidance, this can easily go off course as you mention. I want to add a new spin to this. Video As the manager of the individual are they acting according to responsibility accounting if they fail to ensure goal congruence? In other words, do we as managers have a duty to our employees?
