As an athletic administrator, would you encourage the coaches at your school to become involved in state, and local coach's organizations, such as SCACA (SC Athletic Coaches Association), SCBCA (SC Basketball Coaches Association), SCFBCA (SC Football Coaches Association), SCBECA (SC Baseball Coaches Association, CAWS (Coaches Association of Women's Sports), similar associations, or local touchdown clubs, which potentially could take time away from their school assignment ? Would you discourage involvement in the mentioned organizations or similar ones? Be specific in your response and elaborate on your position.
3. Hiring coaches is an inexact science. List 5 questions you, as an athletic administrator, or a search committee led by you would ask a potential coaching candidate in an interview.
