I just returned from a Las Vegas trip (and not liking the weather I returned to in Michigan). My wife and I are not gamblers and spent our time visiting the many museums and parks. On a side note Vegas has many things to keep you busy outside of the entertainment and gambling stuff.

However, as I was standing in line waiting for more morning coffee, I was watching some of the casino table operators and wondered how to relate what they do to our class. Again, I know very little about how someone who manages a card game, but I assume their job is to provide a fair and enjoyable experience for the patrons. I am sure there is an expectation of a level of winning and losing.

So, with that in mind, what types of information would you see as being critical to the accurate assessment of how one of these employees performs in his or her job. Try to think of what would be measured and how it would be collected.
