Mr.H is a 70-year-old-male with Parkinson's Disease-motor speech/cognition who was recently referred to you for an outpatient speech evaluation. Mr. H's symptoms currently include increased rigidity, resting tremor, and flat affect. Recently, Mr. H's family has noticed a change in his overall intelligibility, with his voice sounding "softer" and his speech harder to understand. H's daughter also reports she is noticing his medications are sitting out for days and he is having trouble heating up his microwave meals cannot figure out how to start the microwave. Provide a rationale for why what treatment would be applicable to your patient. Write one short-term goal and one session objective?
